My name is Brit, I am a passionate & dedicated 200-hour registered yoga instructor, on a mission to spread joy and the benefits of yoga. It is important to teach in communities where everyone feels seen, heard, and welcomed.
 I believe that yoga should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age,shape,size or background. My classes aren't just about physical postures but also about creating a safe space where individuals can practice free from judgment.
 I understand the importance of  representation and I strive to empower individuals who may have felt underrepresented in mainstream yoga spaces. I aim to inspire confidence, promote self-love and ignite a sense of belonging among my students.
