I have had a passion for fitness since playing sports as a young kid. I've been drawn to activities like strength training, running, pilates, and yoga from a young age. The variety keeps things exciting, and I've found that mixing it up each week really benefits my body.

I've been fortunate to share this passion as a teacher at Lotus for the past five months. Teaching a blend of pilates, strength training, and deep core work has been incredibly fulfilling. I believe in the power of continuous, lighter weight and body weight exercises to strengthen the body without subjecting it to high-impact stress. And let's be honest, Who doesn't love a good ab workout?

I'm committed to continuing this journey and sharing my love for fitness with others. It's not just about the physical benefits; it's about feeling strong, energized, and empowered in every aspect of life. Here's to many more sessions of sweat, good music, and strength!
