Community is my favorite part of teaching yoga! I love connecting with my students before and after class, smiles and hugs are always welcome. Hot Vinyasa and deep Yin are my passion; teaching, and in my personal practice. Live music is my love language, my classes hope to replicate that magical experience. Mindful movement to our favorite tunes - what could be better?! Feeling challenged, empowered, and connected is my hope when you leave my classes.
